Privacy policy
We collect the minimum we need to deliver your order and take payment, and we don't sell or share it for marketing.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery/billing addresses when you place an order.
- Anything you write in the order notes.
- Your email address if you sign up to the newsletter.
What we don't collect
This website does not collect or store card details. Payment is taken by telephone through Worldpay, our payment provider, and card information is passed directly to them for authorisation. We never write it down or keep it.
Where it goes
Your order details are used to generate your invoice, which is emailed to you, and to arrange delivery. Your basket and wishlist are stored only in your own browser. We use Resend to send transactional email and Worldpay to process payments; both act as processors under contract.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing amaanifands@gmail.com. We keep invoices for six years as required by HMRC.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Browser storage is used only for your basket, wishlist and the order confirmation page.
