Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed with Amaani Furnitures and Electronics Limited through this website or by telephone.

1. Placing an order

Submitting an order on the website is a request to purchase. We confirm acceptance when payment has been taken by telephone. Until then either party may cancel without charge.

2. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and on your invoice. Totals are calculated by us from our catalogue at the time of the order.

3. Payment

Payment is taken by telephone using Worldpay's Mail Order / Telephone Order service. We do not accept card details through the website, by email or by text message.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment has cleared.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we extend this to 30 days for unused items. See our returns page for how.

6. Guarantees

Our guarantees are set out on the warranty page and do not affect your statutory rights.
